What is Metamorphosis Alpha?

Metamorphosis Alpha is one of the original, great tabletop roleplaying systems and settings to come out of the wild west of the ’70s TTRPG boom. Originally published by TSR and designed by James Ward, Metamorphosis Alpha is one of the first science-fiction universes ever brought to pen-and-paper roleplaying games. You play as a human or some form of mutant in a massive generational spaceship, exploring the wonders and dangers of the vast spacecraft, all while dealing with threats from the wildlife that has spread through the ship.

What is Catalyst Roleplaying Games?

Catalyst Roleplaying Games is the division of Catalyst Game Labs that specializes in supporting and developing a library of tabletop roleplaying games. They shepherd a wide variety of titles, but for roleplaying, they are most known for their award-winning Shadowrun products. They have also successfully developed the all-new Dice Core system and have applied it to the universes of Frostpunk, Voltron: Defender of the Universe, and Voltron: Legendary Defender.
