Why another website change.

With the growth of Catalyst along with BattleTech and Shadowrun. We push to do new things to make it easier for our customers (both stores and you) to get access to our product. Sometimes though the technology doesnt meet the needs! So this website change is about giving us better support in addressing those new growths to venture down and explore!

After the website change I cant get access to my digital content

With the change of the website some things couldn't be implemented immediately. Shortly after launch the dev team will be working on implementing the new system that allows you to download your content as normal. If the problem persists after 24 hours please reach out to store@catalystgamelabs.com so we can catelog the issue and report it to the dev team for fixing.

Where can I go for assistance with my order

Order Status

I placed my order but havent see it fulfilled yet

No worries! Our warehouse can take up to a week to process and ship a order. If you dont see tracking information after 2 weeks. Please reach out to store@catalystgamelabs.com so we can figure out what went wrong!

I purchased digital content and it hasnt shown up for download

It takes about 10 minutes for digital content to post to your account after purchase. If you still dont see it for your account after 20 minutes please reach out to our support team so we can push that through.

I purchased product but its going to the wrong location

Reach out to our support email and we can assist you in fixing the address for the order.
