Ronan and Bel Carlyle, commander and XO of the reconstituted Gray Death Legion, are reunited after their recent missions on Pandora and Gram. With a couple days before they’re off to their next mission, the sibling team has a few moments to take stock of what they’ve accomplished…and what will come next for them and their mercenary unit.
Section Leader Arn Jurdan, aerospace fighter pilot for the Raven Alliance, is dealing with problems of his own. Continual denigration of him and his fellow pilots by the warriors of Clan Snow Raven is eating away at him. Before long, matters come to a head, and Arn chooses a course of action that shatters the only life he’s ever known.
A chance encounter in a recharge station bar puts this trio on an intersecting course that could take the Gray Death Legion to the next level…assuming they all make it off the station alive…
